Processing |
ALL PLAYERS MUST ENTER THROUGH THEIR NATIONAL FEDERATION. All U.S. players, regardless of what event is being entered, will enter through the USAR national office; all Canadian players will enter through the national office of Racquetball Canada, etc.
Only pre- paid entries are placed into the draw – all entries are final – no refunds after the deadline date. Any payments received after the deadline will be assessed a $20.00 late fee. |

Non-Medal Exhibition Events

- World Cup or Esprit Cup players may also play Challenger Cup, but only in an older age group than their designated national team division, except in mixed doubles where they can play in their original age group.
- Technical Director reserves the right to combine, eliminate or modify the format of Challenger Cup events due to insufficient numbers of entrants.

Starting Times |
Starting times will be available only on site, following the coaches meeting on Sunday (6:00pm). Please do not call your national office for starting times. Starting times may change due to draw additions or deletions. |
Check In |
Registration will be held at the Sheraton Four Points from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Registration will be made by the Team Leader of each delegation or Coach on behalf of the delegation. Individual players do not have to check in personally. |

Ground Transportation |
Hotels will pick up delegations at the airport. Please make arrangements directly with your Hotel to pick players up.
Shuttle transportation to the club will be provided by the Country Inn and Suites and Quality Inn (ask hotel staff for details). The Twin Palms and Sheraton Four Points are within walking distance to the venue (no shuttle offered). |

OFFICIAL RULES |
Officiating |
Losers are required to referee. Failure to referee will result in a penalty points being deducted from your team. |
Administration |

Coaches Meeting |
A meeting for coaches will be held at 10:00 am on Sunday at the host hotel. |
Eyewear |
IRF Official Rules will govern the mandatory use of protective lensed eyewear. It is the player’s and/or guardian's responsibility to make certain that their eyewear conforms to the standard. |
Age & Citizenship |
Players must meet the proper age requirement as of January 1 of the current event year. All entrants must be in good standing with the IRF federation of the country for which they compete and either have a valid passport or meet the eligibility requirements of their respective national Olympic Committees.
Certification: All players will be required to present a birth certificate or current passport to validate age and date of birth. |
Membership |
National association membership is required of all participants. At the time of registration entrants must present a current membership card, a receipt, or a cancelled check (indicating recent enrollment) as proof of membership. Non-members will be required to purchase an IRF membership on site. |
Junior Code of Conduct |
The IRF Junior Code of Conduct will be enforced as follows:
- 1. A nightly “in room” curfew of 11 p.m., unless accompanied by chaperone;
- 2. There will be no possession or use of alcoholic beverages at the tournament sites or host motel;
- 3. Any physical damage to a room or loss of non-perishable items in the room (i.e., towels, lamps, etc) will be paid for by those participants assigned to the room in which the damage or loss occurs;
- 4. Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated, for example:
a) Any act considered to be an offense under federal, state, local, and IRF laws/rules.
b) Gross misconduct (i.e. inappropriate horseplay, stealing, etc.)
c) Unsportsmanlike conduct.

Penalties |
Violation of the IRF Junior Code of Conduct may result in:
- 1. Full or partial restriction of movement at the tournament;
- 2. Written report to the Executive and Disciplinary Committees for further action
- 3. Loss of opportunity to participate in future IRF programs;
- 4. Expulsion from tournament and return home at own expense.
